3. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

Our games may include virtual currency (such as coins, gems, or gold) or virtual in-game items (collectively, “Virtual Items”).

  • No Real-World Value: Virtual Items are licensed to you on a limited, personal, revocable basis. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real-world money, and cannot be traded outside of the game.
  • Billing handled by Google Play: All financial transactions for Virtual Items are processed securely by the Google Play Store via Google Play Billing. Last Gear Games does not collect or store your payment details.
  • No Refunds: All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by Google Play Store policies or applicable local consumer protection laws.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to our Services—including but not limited to game software, source code, artwork, graphics, animations, themes, sound effects, musical compositions, characters, and titles—are owned exclusively by Last Gear Games. These elements are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using our Services.

5. Third-Party Services

Our games integrate third-party services, including Firebase for performance analytics and AppLovin (MAX) for advertising mediation.

Your interaction with advertisements or third-party networks integrated within our games is subject to the respective third parties’ terms of service and privacy policies. Last Gear Games is not responsible for the content, availability, or business practices of these third-party platforms.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access to our games at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. We also reserve the right to update, patch, or discontinue any game or feature at our discretion to maintain game balance, performance, and security.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided to you on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Last Gear Games does not guarantee that our games will always be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or entirely free of bugs or server downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Last Gear Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use our games.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where Last Gear Games operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
